Stir the Nonya formula (recommended) over a very low heat until the mixture starts to thicken which takes around
15 minutes to 20. After which, force the sticky mixture through a fine sieve into a clean non-stick pan and
continue to stir it over a very low heat. This will takes about 20 minutes. The production will be done if the kaya
looks thickly spreadable and shiny.
